(1) The market protection officer or the sub-committee shall submit a report related to the inspection, investigation or search before the board within seven days of the inspection, investigation or search according to this regulation.
(2) After receiving the report as per sub-rule (1), the board may give necessary instructions to the market protection officer or the sub-committee to take necessary action in this regard and the market protection officer or the sub-committee shall take action in accordance with the instructions of the board.
